Terms and Conditions

Your purchase, enrollment in and use of products, services and events (“Programs”) offered by Maya Consultants, LLC (“Maya Prep”), including your access to mayaprep.com and its subdomains (the “Site(s)”) are subject to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If You purchase or enroll in a Program for use by another (for example, a parent purchasing for a child) these Terms govern both You and other(s) who use any Program you purchase (collectively, “You”). By enrolling in, purchasing, or using a Program, You agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

Children

Children under the age of 13 are not permitted to purchase or enroll in Programs. Children may provide information to Maya Prep and participate in Programs only with verified consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Program Fees

You agree to make full payment for Programs in the amount(s) listed in your shopping cart, Order Confirmation email, or as communicated by Maya Prep representatives during registration. Payment must be completed prior to commencing the Program unless You participate in installment or subscription billing.

Failure to complete timely payment (including declined or expired credit cards) may result in suspension or discontinuation of services. Returned checks are subject to a $30 handling fee. You authorize Maya Prep to process all charges using the payment method provided at registration.

Installment and Subscription Billing

If You elect to participate in installment or subscription billing, You agree to pay the total Program fee according to the payment schedule disclosed at the time of enrollment. By selecting this option, You authorize Maya Prep to automatically charge the payment method provided for each scheduled installment until the full Program fee has been paid.

Installment billing is offered as a convenience to make Programs more accessible; however, You remain responsible for the full Program fee regardless of attendance, participation, early completion, or withdrawal, except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by law.

If a scheduled payment is declined or cannot be processed, Maya Prep may notify You and temporarily suspend access to the Program until payment is successfully completed. If payment issues persist, the remaining balance may become immediately due. If You anticipate difficulty with a payment, we encourage You to contact us promptly so we may attempt to assist in resolving the matter.

Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference and governs how we collect, use, and safeguard your information.

Refunds

• Refunds are not available once a Program has started.
• A 100% refund minus payment processing charges and a $100 administrative fee is available if requested at least two (2) weeks prior to the start of the Program.

Makeup & Absences

No makeup classes are provided outside of regular class sessions. For best results, students are strongly encouraged to attend all scheduled sessions.

Intellectual Property

All Programs, Sites, Apps, and Program Content are owned by Maya Prep and its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Programs are licensed, not sold, and are for your personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not copy, record, screenshot, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, scrape, datamine, or otherwise exploit Program Content. Unauthorized use may result in termination and legal action.

Subject to compliance with these Terms, Maya Prep grants You a limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to access Program Content during your Program access period.

Student Code of Conduct

Maya Prep reserves the right to remove any student who is disruptive, engages in misconduct, violates intellectual property rights, compromises academic integrity, or behaves in a manner inconsistent with a respectful learning environment. Students removed for violations are not eligible for refunds.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

PROGRAMS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS.” MAYA PREP DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MAYA PREP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PROGRAM.

Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under the Federal Arbitration Act. You and Maya Prep agree to bring claims only in an individual capacity and not as part of any class, collective, or representative action.

Consent and Release

Maya Prep may photograph or record portions of Programs for internal purposes. By participating, You consent to such recordings. Programs may occur at third-party facilities; You waive claims against Maya Prep arising from use of such facilities.

Technical Requirements

You are responsible for meeting minimum technical requirements, including internet access. Maya Prep is not responsible for connectivity issues outside its control.

Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between You and Maya Prep and supersede all prior agreements. If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.
